1. Use of Website
All images, text, and branding on this website are owned by Alyson Carr. Content may not be copied, downloaded, screenshotted, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
2. Booking & Payment
• A retainer or deposit is required to secure your session.
• Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service contract.
• Remaining balances are due before or on the session date unless otherwise stated in your service contract.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be made as early as possible and are subject to photographer availability.
Weather reschedules will be determined at the photographer’s discretion.
Cancellations follow the policies outlined in your signed photography agreement.
4. Image Delivery
• Final images are delivered via an online gallery.
• Turnaround times vary by session type.
• RAW/unedited images are not provided.
5. Copyright & Usage Rights
Alyson Carr retains full copyright to all images.
Clients receive a license to use their images for personal or business purposes according to their contract.
Clients may not:
• Alter or edit images with filters
• Sell or redistribute images
• Submit images to publications or contests without written permission (unless licensed to do so)
6. Model Release
By booking a session, you grant permission for images to be used for the photographer’s portfolio, website, and marketing unless you opt out in writing prior to your session.
7. Limitation of Liability
In the rare event of equipment failure, loss of files, illness, or unforeseen issues, liability is limited to a reshoot or refund of payments made.
8. Third-Party Services
Online galleries are hosted through Pixieset. By using the gallery, you also agree to Pixieset’s separate terms and privacy policy.
9. Changes
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.
