How do I book a session or project?
You can inquire directly through the contact form on my website with project details. From there, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss your goals, creative direction, timeline, and budget.
Do you travel for shoots?
Yes — I am available for regional, national, and international travel. Travel costs will be outlined in your project proposal.
How far in advance should I book?
For commercial projects, booking 4–6 weeks in advance is recommended. For smaller sessions or headshots, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient. Rush projects may be accommodated depending on schedule and scope.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on project size, but typically:
Headshots & small sessions: 3–5 business days
Commercial campaigns: 1–3 weeks
Large-scale projects: as quoted in your proposal
Expedited delivery is available upon request.
How will I receive my images?
Final images are delivered via a private online gallery where you can download files in both web and high-resolution formats. Commercial clients also receive usage-rights documentation.
Do you provide retouching?
Yes—professional retouching is included with every project. Retouching is natural and true-to-life while maintaining clarity and authenticity. Additional advanced retouching is available upon request.
What are your pricing and payment options?
Every project is priced based on creative needs, licensing, usage, and production requirements. After our initial call, you will receive a custom quote. A signed contract and retainer are required to secure your booking.
What is image licensing and why does it matter?
Commercial imagery is priced based on how and where it will be used—such as web, print, social, billboards, or advertising campaigns. Licensing ensures the appropriate rights for your project. I’ll guide you through this process and recommend what best fits your needs.
Can I request raw files?
I do not release RAW files, as finished images are part of my professional work and process. All delivered images are fully edited and ready for use.
What happens if we need to reschedule?
Rescheduling policies vary by project type. Please reach out as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate changes. Weather-related adjustments are handled case-by-case.
